Welcome to this 3 session CBT Hypnotherapy Mini Mindset Workshop! In these sessions, we’ll focus on reducing anxiety and opening your mind to bigger, aligned dreams. Through a series of guided exercises and techniques, you’ll learn how to use self-hypnosis to calm your mind, relax your body, and direct your energy toward manifesting what you truly desire. ✨🌅
